Refunds: User agrees that once a Bitcoin payment for an ad has been made (banner, link etc.) no refunds will be provided. All advertising services or digital products offered are paid for in Bitcoin and considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided on a pro-rated basis for time unused, i.e you purchase an ad for 1 year and after 6 months you request a refund. You can either provide another appropriate ad, finish the ad occupancy or have us remove it. Once a user purchases an ad space they will be able to occupy it for the specific time period purchased unless the spot is already occupied, in which case they will be provided a comprable space in the same section. Minimum ad space occupancy period is 1 month or 30 days, months are calculated based on a 30 day time period.

We maintain the ability to Provide Refunds in situations where we feel a refund should be granted, i.e delay on our part, mistake on our end or because we feel it's the right thing to do. While we don't generally provide refunds we encourage you to ask and see if there's anything we may be able to do.

In cases where a refund is provided the refund can only be refunded to the original payment address that was used to complete payment. We cannot issue a refund via another payment method or to another Bitcoin address, only direct refunds back to the original payment address will be processed if granted.

Ad Space Renewals: Ad spaces and links are purchased for a specific time period, they are never "renewed" but instead purchase again once available. Ad spaces purchased for a monthly or 1 year term cannot be renewed prior to the expiration date. This is to keep it fair and allow other's an opportunity to acquire the ad space when it becomes available. Ad spaces or links paid on a monthly or yearly term can be purchased and claimed 1 day after the expiration date, as new. Ad spaces become available for occupancy 1 day after their current expiration date.

If you have any questions about renewals or refunds please contact us for more information prior to placing an order. Ads will be live within 24-72 hours once your Bitcoin payment has been confirmed.

User Conduct: You are responsible for any content you upload or share. Do not post anything illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.

Changes: We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
